Reva for Model Number 110.26844691 Wash machine will only agitate. Will not drain or fill with water. Dial will not move after agitation. Have a washer full of water now. Do you think it's the timer???
Answer Reva, Check to see if the motor is running after the agitation cycle completes. It is possible the pump is faulty or has a clog in it which would cause the unit to not advance cycles.
