Jeff for Model Number FEB789WCCH My oven takes a really long time to heat up ,if it does, and cycles a lot while doing so. What do you think the problem is?
Answer Hello Jeff. You will need to test both elements in the unit and make sure they are good. If so, then the control board 318010700 is bad on the unit. The board has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
