Mongo for Model Number PDW7300G00WW I have been having problems with the soap dispenser drawer not opening during the cycle. Soap is left in the drawer on most cycles. Just recently, after the cycle was complete, all of the control lights were off and pushing the buttons had no effect. When I opened the door, I could hear a motor running and it would not shut off until I cut the power to the unit. After I powered it back up, the motor was not running and the functions were restored.
Answer Hello Mongo! If your door is sticking shut, it may be due to a damaged spring or catch. If cleaning the dispenser out does not help, on this unit it would require replacing the entire soap dispenser. That part is WD12X10163. I hope this info helps. Read More...
