Phil for Model Number Kenmore 795-74023-410 Fridge and freezer stopped cooling well. Freezer would get down to about 25 but fridge would not go below 56 or so. a repairman said the compressor is working but the fan in the freezer wouldn't turn on. Also said some light on the control board should be flashing but it's not. No error code is shown. Fridge is about 7 years old. He thinks is the control board. If I get the control board, he seemed to think there was some setup required that a certified tech needed to do.
