Tom for Model Number KSRT25FWMS01 I have a Kitchenaid/Whirlpool KSRT25FWMS01 refrigerator. I have consistent freezing of the water line going to the water dispenser. The ice maker line does not freeze. I have raised the temperature of the freezer to its maximum. It usually stays around +5 F. Sometimes water leaks out of the bottom of the freezer door where the water line comes out. Maybe a freeze-thaw thing going on. I thought about replacing the water line, however, the new one may just freeze up as well. do you think I have something going on inside the freezer door with the insulation? Thanks! Tom
Answer Tom, with water leaking out where the water tubing is, this would indicate the insulation of the door having an issue and the door LW10149884 would need to be replaced.
