Answer Hello Bill. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the microcomputer 4456033 is bad and will need to be replaced. If a button is stuck, then you have a bad membrane on the unit. The membrane 4456322 has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part. Read More...
