Kenny for Model Number switch membrane W10207928 Hey Experts! I received my part W10207928 the switch membrane and followed the instructions i found on your site which were super helpful. the "connector" you refer to in your response to another customer, john is loose on the board for one of my connectors for the ribbon. the ribbon is clicked into place in the connector side but there is alot of play on the connector. The board does not work or is not responding...thoughts? thanks Kenny could you email me?
Answer Kenny, Once you push the ribbon harness into place then you will push the connector part down and lock it in. Once this is done then power the unit on.
