Robert D Fairfield , OH August 09, 2019 Bosch dishwasher vinyl coated dish racks had split vinyl and showed small rust spots Bought 2 new sets of tines, called "inserts" and replaced the old with new ones. It took me about 10 minutes from start to finish. I removed the entire middle rack so I could work from the bottom of it. I removed the snaps, removed the insert, replaced the snaps. super easy.
