Took a while to find the custom panel instructions on the Bosch site to see which screws needed to be removed. This was in a separate document from the regular installation instructions. Made a pencil line on the metal as a guide and cleaned off old adhesive just to ensure new one stuck on OK. Jerry M Spotsylvania , VA November 02, 2025 Appliance: Model SHPM88275N/01 Bosch dishwasher rubber sound guard deteriorated Replaced the rubber piece. Unlike many DYI who removed virtually the entire inside door, I positioned the new sound guard (in the reverse position) on the front door, set it so when I folded the bottom piece (with adhesive strip) up, it would align perfectly. Then I taped it to the door giving me the freedom to slowly adhere the piece to the inside door frame.
