I merely install assembly in reverse order. 20 minutes top for repair, saved at least $90 service charge not including their cost for the part. Easy fix. After removing it and cleaning up the exposed parts and connections, concluded that the motor had simply died. AppliancePartsPro made finding the replacement part very simple. I double-checked the part number on Sears website (they also offered a replacement part, but for a few dollars more). The new fan/motor arrived in just a few days and it took less than 5 minutes to install it. Simple easy project!
