Troubleshooting suggested the Armature, talk about the hardest part to get to, (it was a little concerning - a lot of steps). Your step-by-step videos were exact. Especially putting everything back together. We also cleaned/replaced all the old grease, Motor brushes, and the Speed Control plate. (just to be sure) Ours is the K5SS model, so it's old.
