Followed the AppliancePartsPros.com video for the part model number of my washer. Two comments: 1 - The first step (raising the top of the washer) took quite a bit of time. My washer is a Maytag Bravos XL. The directions in the video didn’t work for the Bravos XL. I finally found an explanation regarding this and was able to get that step done (remove the two upper screws of the hinge on the back and pull the top forward). 2 - All of the steps of the video showing use of a hammer were much more difficult than illustrated in the video. I even needed a sledge hammer on one step. I got the job done and have run the washer 4 times since with no leaking or unexpected noise.
