Remove bottom spacer panel (4 screws), remove front panel (2 screws and some creative metal bending to get it off), remove control panel (4 tork screws, lift off panel, disconnect ribbon cable between push button front panel and the electronics - all easy), remove old dispenser and replace with new (6 screws - tighten evenly but not over tight), reassemble control panel and mount back on unit. New dispenser has the solenoid on the right vs the original which has the solenoid on the left - this requires rerouting two wires in the wiring harness to reach the new solenoid position. Old rinse sensor is not needed -just tape the wires to the frame. Test run to check for leaks then reinstall front panel (a challenge) and spacer panel. New dispenser holds more soap than old so be prepared to use less soap.
