To start off I'm a maintenance supervisor with a lot of experience. This isn't a job for a person with no mechanical or electrical experience. You have to take the the drum out. It will take 2 1/2 to 3 hours to dismantle and the same to put back together. Take pictures as you dismantle. A appliance repair shop charges a average $300 for labor only. I see why.
