After reading the previous comments on this site, the diagnosis was pretty easy. I had a broken spider shaft, I decided it would be wise to change the main seal, tub seal, and shocks. I watched the video that was produced by AppliancePartsPros, which was very helpful. Ordered the parts on Thursday, and after checking with customer support I was told the estimated arrival was Friday with regular shipping, that would be great. Didn't quite work out that way, one item took a day longer, which was no big deal, gave me time to clean all parts before I reassembled. Another part was back ordered, which was not indicated when I placed the order, luckily it was the tub seal, and I was very careful during disassembly so I could reuse the old one. With the help of the video everything went well, had it back running in a half a day. One minor problem, it would not go into high speed spin. Would get to 9 minutes left on the timer and lock up. I called AppliancePartsPros, gave them the symptoms, no answers, but he did email me the service manual which helped me diagnose the problem. One of the three wires that goes to the motor was not making a good connection, fixed that, and everything worked as it should.
