Replaced the spring and nylon sleeve...super easy! The parts shipped the same day. 2 days later I went to my email to click on the Fedex link to check when it would be delivered and it said it was already delivered (one of the kids grabbed it and forgot to tell me). It took about 5 minutes to fix and only cost me less than $4 + S/H. The only reason it took 5 minutes instead of 1 is that I wasn't sure which way the spring went in. I went right back to the AppliancePartsPro.com website and found it in the comments...the right angle side goes down and the weird offset angle goes up.
