Thanks to your video, it was easy to confirm that the damper door in the back of the fresh food section had broken. I ordered the new part and installed it in about 20 minutes. It took me a little time to regulate the temps again since it made a big difference and my prior settings on both the freezer and the fresh food section were set at the warmest setting of 1. I finally ended up with a 2 in the freezer and 7 in the fresh food section.
