A little common sense, I checked the inlet to the pump and discovered that there was no blockage but the impeller was spinning free. I took it apart to find that the main shaft for the impeller was broken. Looked up the components on your web site ordered them, installed the in 15 min, and saved myself about 700.00 for a new washing machine. Thank you, your web site, service, and tech are great.
