Donald M Oak Lawn , IL July 02, 2018 Appliance: Model MAYTAG OVEN The gasket around the oven door needed replacement I took the torn gasket off, cleaned the oven door and put the new gasket on. Not exactly rocket science, but the Challenger did blow up because of a bad gasket/o-ring joint. Cleaning the door and oven were a much bigger endeavor than replacing a gasket.
