My initial thought was we would have to purchase a new freezer since GE parts for our refrigerator was not available but I searched your website, yep it was available, I got on live chat to confirm the piece; it was a frictionless experience; I ordered that day it came 2 days later, my husband got out his tools and walaaaaah it’s fixed!!
