I could hear something slipping when tryingto get ice. I checked things out and determined it was the auger mirror that was bad. Ordered on Saturday night, shipped on Monday, received on Tuesday with standard shipping. watched repair video, it took 21 minutes to repair, including shutting off power, opening box, 5 minutes to clean silicone caulk from access cover from last repair man. Very easy fix, now I get ice from the dispenser.
