Ice maker worked but ice would not drop through door chute. I looked at a few of your videos and determined that my ice dispenser motor and drive shaft were working. I spoke with one of your employees who was very helpful. We kind of narrowed it down to the $35 ice door motor or the circuit board. She said that if the circuit board was burnt, that was the likely culprit. Anyway, the board looked good. I did not check for voltage at the motor as I didn't have a schematic for the four wires and I didn't want to butcher the harness. I ordered the ice door motor and figured out how to install. You do not have a video for that. Bottom line, repair worked! I now think that the door was not opening all the way for some time.
