I replaced door seal though I have not tried it yet. I had another issue and waiting for an unrelated part to come for APPro this week.
However, though i love the video's a suggestion should be to identify that magnetic driver tip is highly recommended. Very difficult to reinsert screws in that tight window without a magnetic tip which I did not have. Video makes it look very easy which it could be on some models without the interference of the shield.
