I read what other people had done in the past to fix it and found their explanations helpful. I also asked for directions from Appliance Parts Pro.com. They answered my question quickly but the answer provided was not exactly what I had to do to remove the rail and endcap. Then, I just looked at the parts and how they fit into place. Overall, this was an easier fix than I thought it would be.
