Video didn't show my exact dryer, looked up multiple YouTube videos w/o success. Ended up just taking everything up front apart then followed video from there. Took 1.5h to disassemble, change parts and reassemble. Cleaned out tons of long while I was in there. Now I feel like I can tackle any other dryer issue I may have. My neighbor had the sand issue and bought a new $800 dryer. I bought a kit for $35 and still going strong. Customer service was great, fast shipping, affordable and very satisfied (so is my wife).
