By carefully following the video. Took me a little longer because I have no experience, and slowed down to do things carefully. A few people on the internet said that touchscreen errors on my model are sometimes caused by heat from the oven escaping a worn door gasket; so I replaced that too. BTW - the gasket was lost in transit; maybe Fedex mixed something up, or maybe it was taken from my front porch. In any case, the very helpful woman I talked to on the phone just sent me out another one, free of charge, instead of worrying over whose fault it was. I appreciate that you guys make it right for your customers.
