Nicholas J Broken Arrow , OK February 28, 2020 Upper wash rack kept derailing had the same problem two years ago on the opposite side center hole of roller assembly appeared worn allowing rail to pop out of grove Two years ago replaced all four roller assemblies of affected side. Problem recently reoccured on the opposite side. Replaced all four roller assemblies on that side. Entire repair took about twenty minutes.
