Jack P Leesburg , FL September 12, 2016 Appliance: Frigidaire Electric Range FGEF3032MFF Left front burner center coil did not work We are very inexperienced appliance repair people. Thus check it out first to see if we can fixit...successs. First checked to be sure it wasn't the actual switch. Did this by numbering the wires and then switching the two switches b/w the right and left front dual burners. Success, the switch was fine but kinda disappointed cause this part was less expensive. Proceeded to then order the left front dual burner. Arrived in a few days, packed well. We unplugged the appliance, as it been a few days :-)..removed screws and clamps, replaced burner, plugged it back it and it works. For an inexperienced technician, and I use 'technician' lightly as we are not even close to their knowledge level...taking a picture or two helps to compare and keeps the 'arguments' as to what goes where to a minimum. :-). All works well, thanks for the good service and properly packaged part. Irene H Murrells Inlet , SC August 12, 2017 Appliance: Frigidaire Range FGEF306TMFE Frigidaire dual quick boil element did not light up Had an appliance repair person come in and after he tested it, he said the element was fine and that it is probably the control switch panel. A hundred dollars later, issue was not resolved. As per his recommendation, we ordered the control switch panel, my son-in-law installed it, and two hundred dollars later, the dual element still did not work. My husband decided to remove the element on his own and when he did he noticed there was a break in the element wiring and also a burn mark. Why didn't this so-called appliance repair expert see that? Anyway, we called AppliancePartsPros and ordered the dual element. We were pleasantly surprised that we received it two days later. My husband installed the new element and presto!, it works. Just wanted to let you know that my husband is not handy when it comes to electrical items, but the element was easily removed and installed. Thank you AppliancePros for your professionalism and quick shipment. Should have contacted AppliancePros from the beginning. In hind sight, we should have removed the dual element and tested it ourselves with an ohm meter for continuity. If we had done that, we would have known that the dual element was bad and not the control switch panel. Deborah L Marshall , IL January 23, 2023 Appliance: Model EW30EF65GSF - ELECTROLUX 'WAVE' RANGE The right front burner coming on at high heat by itself and we could not turn it off! Per others' recommendations, replaced the relay computer board and while I was at it, the right front cooking element - which only had the 'outer' rings working/heating up and NOT the inner rings. Took me a couple of hours for both repairs, since this was my first time and I was working alone. Took a bit longer to carefully 'work loose' ALL the terminals/plugs, remove the back of the stove, etc., but EVERYTHING appears to be working properly!
