Mike H East Leroy , MI March 07, 2015 Appliance: Model KENMORE 790.94452701 Contact stuck had to cut power to turn off oven burnt brownies broiler element went wild Called for a repair tech, he told me what the problem was, I had already checked out the burnt connections,repair was going to be $450-500 range, My wife & I discussed repair or new range,repair won out.I am a retired machine repairman with some elect skills,so looked up parts online ordered them, installed the new control board with the new "decal" , checked out the oven, etc, everything seems good to go. This range is only 6.5 yrs old , they don't seem to make them last as long as the ones I grew up with. The switch and came looked different from the original. I called Appliance Parts Pro, they lady on the phone said that Frigidaire changed the switch and how to wire it up correctly. Problem solved.
