With the correct part, I was able to replace the broken assembly and attach the roller and put the crisper pan onto the assembly.

The problem was repaired by replacing the shelf. The frame for the shelf contains the roller track. After installing the 2 roller wheels, I was able to reassemble the shelf and reinstall the unit.
