The noise turned out to be the bottom bearing between the belt pulley and the transmission. Once apart an easy replacement. But you did need some tools to replace the bearing as in snap ring pliers and bearing puller. The water leak was the top rubber seal which is part of the seal kit. I had to make a puller out of some chain and a 2 jaw-bearing puller to the top of the transmission shaft to get the trunnion off but once it was off the rest was a snap. The video was a big help. Tested the washer yesterday and no noise in spin cycle and no water leak. Thanks for the help but with fed ex freight it did that over 2 weeks to get my parts. A USPS flat rate box would have cost just a bit more and would have been hare in 3 to 4 days. I'm in Alaska so freight up here is killer using Fed Ex or UPS as anybody outside of the Continental US will understand. No free freight to here. We pay the full cost on freight.
