Anita K Crossville , TN July 03, 2015 Missing hardware for fridge doors We bought a used fridge and forgot to get the hardware to mount the doors. Looked up the model on your website. Using the pictures I was able to order just the parts I needed and not to duplicate anything (or leave anything out!). The parts arrived and because I watched the "how to" video I knew to use the "trick" to hold the doors up while attaching the hardware. Had the doors mounted in less than 15 minutes!.. After talking with Ms. Janice B. she explained to me, after I told her my problem that the door would not close properly, what to do. She asked does it seal when closed. I said yes. She explained that it was not the seal but the worn cam risers (hinges) that should be replaced. I made the purchase, watched the short video, and was able to install them in a very short time.
