Description

The electronic control assembly is intended for use with ovens. It is the component that shows the time, temperature, or error codes on the front of an oven. The front has information for the user, while the back has many small parts and connects to several components of the oven. It controls the buttons that are used to heat the oven to the correct temperature. If the oven is not heating, will not turn on, or is at the wrong temperature, the electronic control assembly could be damaged.When replacing this component, make sure the oven is unplugged or the circuit breaker is in the off position. Remove the screws from the front bottom of the control assembly and loosen the screws on the back panel. Pull the bottom panel out and up to release. Take a photo of the wiring to easily install the new component.
