I would never have attempted to do it myself if it weren't for your repair video. I watched it a couple of times then decided to go for it. So I ordered the part on Friday and received it on Sunday. Wow! I couldn't believe that it was here already. I watched the video another time and went to work on it. All went well and I'm extremely pleased. Also, it gave me great satisfaction to have done the job myself, and it saved me the cost of hiring a repairman.

Ordered the lint filter from AppliancePartsPros.com. Additionally, the individual that I dealt with was very knowledgeable. Because of the age of the dryer, it was impossible to get any serial numbers for me to refer to, to aid the representative in helping me. Lastly, the representative suggested that I look at the lint filter and see if there were any relevant numbers that we could use. That turned out to be the answer. I was able to order the lint filter I needed. I have it and it's working. I couldn't be happier. A great job done by the representative!
