James C Augusta , NJ January 04, 2015 Bad burner switch I first checked a repair video and found the procedure was a 10 minute job. I then went to the website, put in my stove model number and searched for the switch. While I was looking I was offered a chat session with one of their experts. I am glad that I accepted. The switch I was looking at was not the right switch for the job. My expert verified my model number and the switch that need to be replaced. After a couple of minutes, she came back with the right part and placed the order for me. It was shipped the next morning and I had the following day. The video was right. The job took less than 10 minutes. I spent more time cleaning the floor under the stove and the sides that were against to cabinets and countertop than I did with the repair. Great service! Order was placed on Friday afternoon and part delivered Saturday. Part came with wireing diagram to install new style switch . Easy repair. John R Boca Raton , FL October 14, 2016 The large element on my stove top was not working We called and got the serial number and part number from Appliance Parts Pros. They shipped it very quickly. We looked at U Tube for how to do it. After installed the burner light would not go off. We called again and found out there was another switch that might be the problem. they shipped that part which was easy to install and done it is now working. the parts together cost about $100. A service call without parts was $120. A good savings and not hard to repair.
