(There are two glasses inside the glass oven door. Only one was broken.) AppliancePartsPro tech support was fast and efficient on the phone; part arrived via FedEx and on time. The oven door glass replacement was easy. I needed a T-25 screw driver for the screws inside the door. I used a stainless steel scrub pad to clean the existing glass - no scratches.
