Brenda R Peterstown , WV November 20, 2021 Appliance: General Electric Microwave SCB1001MSS001 One of the wheels on the turn table fell off and the turn table wouldn’t turn at times and would spark. I ordered a new shaft and a new rotating ring. It was very simple and quick to install. I just pulled out the shaft and inserted the new shaft which snapped right in. Ronald S Little River , SC January 04, 2017 Missing parts on delivery Upon delivery of a new GE walloven/microwave combo I found that the micro glass dish, rotating ring and the lower trim were missing. When received it was not boxed which the driver said was odd. After going back to the purchase store they could not find them but would order them for me. Three weeks later I was told they never ordered them now being upset I checked with appliance pro got the prices for them showed it to the manager and got a credit for that amount.
