Description

Heating element is warm but not drying clothes well

I accessed the APP website, and learned that this GE dryer has 2 heating elements. A heater element repair kit was available so I ordered it. Upon disassembly of the dryer, I discovered that one of the coils was indeed broken. I removed the old coils, installed the new coils, and now it's really hot.
