In a nutshell, I do not know if the price I paid for the item was competitive, but the representative I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable; helped me locate the part I needed immediately; and completed the entire transaction in which seemed like 60 seconds. The part arrived 2 days later and was EXACTLY what I needed and a PERFECT match to the other shelves in my refrigerator (which is what the representative PROMISED). If I ever need a more parts for any appliances, I plan on coming straight back to this company!!!!
