Broken shelf

Ordered the new shelf from Appliance Parts Pros, which was a genuine OEM part and much less expensive than the GE Store. Lifted the old shelf out, popped the new one in and it was done. two minutes.

Broken shelf 10 year old fridge

There was never any order and delivery process that went easier, and that includes Amazon. The part was clearly displayed, the model number was obvious, the order was correctly filled, and it was delivered so quickly I wasn't ready to clear my refrigerator that soon. All around excellent experience!
