Mike H Rockville , MD February 14, 2015 Appliance: General Electric Refrigerator PFSS5NJXBSS Plastic piece on rectangular shield dispenser (for the water dispenser) broke Tried gluing it together - did not hold. Ordered a new Shield Dispenser. The new one came without the wire spring installed. Used the wire spring from the old one. Works OK - so far. Ordered online with AppliancePartsPros.com Kept all old parts and managed to be able to use the paddle dispenser and saved 49.00 dollars by reusing it and the spring I kept!! Easy as pie and I needed it so I can get cold water anytime I want it!! I will definitely use this company again when needed! SAVED ME 300.00 dollars from a repair man bid!!!
