Steven A New Carlisle , OH December 20, 2021 Appliance: Model GE DROP IN JP 328CK2CC We couldn't control the burner temperature. The parts are under the stovetop and the knobs are attached to them. We bought the correct ones from AppliancePartsPros, these were the correct ones. Seems we have an oddball stovetop. It's a GE drop in stove. The parts were easy to change. It was a simple matter of putting the wires on the new switch in the same place there were on the switch. I took phone pics of the wire locations before I took them off and only did one switch at a time. Turn the power off at the breaker panel first of course. Andrew T Houston , TX May 23, 2015 Appliance: Model GE JP328SK2SS The burner switch was bad i diagnosed it from a multimeter test of continuity in the line I ordered the part from AppliancePartPros.com. Very helpful and easy to use website, and better prices than GE. Once I received the new switch (about 2 days, shipped free) it took about 5 min. to change out for the old one. Works perfect now. Something like this would have taken Sears repair under warranty a week to send someone out to diagnose, then probably another week to fix. Thanks AppliancePartPros for making life more convenient and efficient. Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes Tools: Pliers, Screwdrivers, Socket Set

Richard G Salinas , CA October 25, 2019 Large burner was not working after I had replaced it. I found out that the control switch was also out. After I received new replacement switch. I turned off power at breaker. I lifted top and propped up and removed control box removing screws around it then took picture of switch to identify where terminals go and disconnected and removed switch. I installed new one and connected terminals and re installed control box and turned power back on & tested. Worked great! Read More...
