Kenneth O New Britian , CT March 23, 2014 Appliance: General Electric Electric Range RB755GN4WH The burner was not making contact to the terminal block due to the contact was almost burn't out. After looking at the parts diagram I figured out how to take apart the stove control panel which was very easy. I ordered two terminal blocks and changed them both, only thing was the wires were longer than what I needed so I had to tie wrap them in the control panel. I put everything back together and it works like it was new. Tiffany your customer service rep was very helpful when I gave her my model number which had a zero in the middle of the model number and not to use it. GE apparently puts the zero in to confuse people looking for parts. Thank you Tiffany for your help. Ken New Britain, CT.
