Judy S Willard , OH October 19, 2018 Appliance: LG Washer WT5070CW Ue error code and the machine was not out of balance. It would get to about 13 on the spin cycle and would keep refilling and not finish the spin cycle. Had this same problem with my previous Whirlpool washer so I knew what the problem was on my LG machine. Ordered the suspension rods and my husband and I replaced them in about five minutes. Hardest part was getting the front latches to release on the lid. I helped lift up on the drum and he put them in place one by one. Simple fix.
