Chelsea L Del Rio , TX November 04, 2020 Appliance: LG Refrigerator LSC27926ST00 Cheese drawer aka snack pan rail handles for LG refrigerator broke left and right I googled around to find the part number, ordered the part and replaced it. I was initially advised to get a different piece than I had searched for. I was advised to get the "crisper drawer" rail handle instead of the "cheese drawer / snack pan" rail handle. The piece I was advised to get was wrong, but the company immediately fixed their mistake without any hassle or delay. The description of the part was also correct in that it did not contain a screw or wheel so I knew to salvage that from my broken rail. The only issue was that 1 of the 3 holes the screw goes into wasn't present on one of the new rail handles, but it still worked. And oddly it was present on the other guide rail. Michael T Plymouth , WI May 04, 2020 The crisper drawer rails were cracked down the middle. The rails come bare so you need to reuse the hardware. The new rails appear much stronger. One of the rails the center mounting hole was filled with plastic but I drilled it out large enough so it wouldn't crack.
