I ask Appliance Parts Pros technical support for help, withing 24 hours received an answer. Wiring diagram had me disable the right side of the range top till I could resolve the issue, order the part. This part / sub assembly houses the low voltage relays that respond from the touch pad. After a brief wait on the part, replaced it and everything works fine.
