I pulled out the wiring harness for the bulb and really inspected the sockets. (The wire connections on one of the sockets were really loose and the inside of that socket was a little melted.) I replaced the light wiring harness and sockets.
It was a really simple fix.
I turned off the power to the range hood at the breaker box first. I removed the filters and the light bulbs. I only needed a medium sized crosspoint screwdriver to remove 5 screws that hold up the light housing. The...
