Leaking washing machine replaced rubber door boot.. Gerhard P. • Dagsboro , DE • November 04, 2019
Fixing was easy and took approximately 1 hour. I have a Bosch Axxis washing machine and all parts came exactly as ordered and within 2 days of order. I had to take off front and top panel and the door switch. The new wire and spring was part of the order and I had to pay for it. The old parts looked fine to me and I could have reused them but since I had the new ones, I replaced them anyhow. I wish I would have the option to buy the rubber gasket only.

The Carbon brush, drum motor is an OEM part for Bosch washing machines. These carbon brushes are responsible for transferring electrical current from the commutator on the motor to power the rotary movement inside the washing machine drum. Two come per package.
Symptoms of a bad carbon brush, or drum motor can include:
- noisy or squealing sounds coming from the motor during the operation
- the drum fails to spin or spin inconsistently
- the washer is unable to enter spin cycles
- slow or reduced agitation
Causes of a bad part include normal wear and tear over extended use. As the brushes continuously contact the commutator, friction can cause them to wear down over time.
This OEM Bosch part is also compatible with Thermador, Gaggenau, and some Kenmore models.

Impeller broke off the drain pump Charles L. • Richmond , VA • December 20, 2014
Replaced the drain pump assembly. Took about 90 minutes. Most difficult part was getting to the hoses and clamps in inside the machine at the bottom front. Just had to open the back panel and work inside. About the same difficulty as changing the radiator hoses on an automobile engine.

Repetitive electric door latch switch failure no machine start Henry S. • New York , NY • September 29, 2019
After years of replacing the female electric latch switch that controlled the operation of the machine, I discovered that the window/door's handle's connection to its male latching hook had failed. The two were no longer interconnected. Also, the window/door's frame and hinge were materially "fatigued" meaning the hinge/body assembly was allowing the window/door to sag - causing the misaligned door/window to machine body electric latch switch to break when the window/door was closed.

This valve magnet is the solenoid actuator used to open and close a dishwasher water/control valve, restoring proper water flow for filling and cycle operation. It replaces a failed or weak magnet to help the valve respond correctly. What it does:
- Converts electrical signal into linear motion to operate the dishwasher valve
- Restores valve opening and closing when a worn or stuck magnet causes fill or circulation issues
- Commonly used when dishwasher won't fill, stops mid-cycle, or shows related valve/fill errors
- Works with the valve body; does not include seals or the full valve assembly
What's included: One valve magnet (solenoid) Install notes:
- Disconnect power and shut off the water supply before beginning service
- Replace with the matching OEM magnet and ensure proper seating on the valve body
- Keep terminals dry and secure electrical connections; inspect gaskets and valve body for damage

The cold water did not shut off in the rinse cycle i assumed the incoming cold water valve was broken Olivier D. • Bethesda , MD • April 11, 2015
The repair is easy. Two screws in the back hold the top cover - once they are off you need to slide the cover back and it comes off. The valve is right there where the cold water hose is connected. Disconnect the control wires / clamp and slide back the wire clamps / remove the two rubber hosed / remove the old valve (it is snapped in place - look at the new one to understand the snap mechanism) / install the new valve. The repair takes less than 10 min.
I tested and sure enough... now it...
