Missing difusser plate on burners Henry H. • Aransas Pass , TX • October 06, 2014
I thought it was the burners and ordered four burners. When they arrived I thought three of them were wrong parts so I ordered three others and scheduled a return of three I had just received. I then realized it was not the burner but the diffuser plated on top of the burners. I cancelled the new order, arranged a return of the four initial burners and ordered four diffuser plated. The representatives were extremely helpful; and understanding. I was amazed adn happy that there was no...

The control knob was orginal equipment but the switch installed by a sears tech was not and the knob eventually would not work the switch Kevin W. • Yucca Valley , CA • December 19, 2016
I went on your website found the parts needed to make the repairs. I watched the short video on installation. The parts arrived just a few days after I placed the order. I finished the repair in less than an hour and had to wait a few minutes to test the switch since the power was off and on due to a wind storm. Simple easy to do repair and I saved $90.00 on service fee for a tech to do the repair.

Needed to replace burner pan and igniter Ron W. • Indianapolis , IN • December 06, 2015
Very easy fix. Lifted off the grill and burner. Unscrewed 2 screws. Pulled the burner pan up and off. Disconnected the wire to the igniter. Used needle nosed pliers to remove the clip holding the igniter in place. Removed the gasket from the old burner pan.
Placed the new igniter in the hole of the new burner pan and slipped the old clip on the igniter to hold it in place. Then put the old gasket on the new burner pan. Then connected the igniter wire to the new igniter and put the burner pan...

Gas burner would not light Phyllis S. • Longmont , CO • November 10, 2018
Actually we called Sears repair and they did a good job diagnosing and fixing the problem (Jacob). But they never supplied the part after more than a month, so we got the number from them and ordered it ourselves from you. We had already paid for it, so had them do the work.
We would have fixed it ourself but could not figure out how to lift up the entire range top and videos we found were for a totally different stove top and we had no information how to get to the part to replace it.

This door gasket seals the refrigerator door to help keep cold air in and warm, humid air out—reducing frost build-up and helping the appliance run more efficiently. Fits where a full perimeter door seal is required. What it does:
- Creates an airtight seal around the refrigerator door to maintain consistent internal temperatures.
- Helps prevent warm air infiltration, moisture, and frost accumulation inside the compartment.
- Reduces energy waste caused by a failing or damaged door seal.
- Common symptoms of a bad seal: condensation at the door, frost on shelves, fluctuating temperatures, or higher energy use.
What's included: One refrigerator door gasket (single complete door seal). Install notes:
- Disconnect power to the appliance before attempting any service.
- Remove the old gasket carefully; replacement typically seats into the door channel around the full perimeter.
- Inspect and, if needed, adjust door alignment and hinge condition to ensure a proper seal.

Cook top burners took a long time to light after ignitors activated gas slow to start flowing Harlan L. • Fort Mohave , AZ • January 24, 2015
Researched online for a solution and found someone who described a similar problem. Their solution was to replace the gas pressure regulator. So I decided to order one and try it. Easy to replace in my case - less than 30 minutes. It SOLVED the problem. Burners light almost immediately now! Saved the cost of a service call and the prospect of replacing the entire cook top.
