Mary March 09, 2011 Model # WFMC1001UC/07 FD8708 900948- I have spoken with 3 "official Bosch people" and tried to get help at Baron's, where the machine was purchased in 2008. I even brought the 2 plastic pieces to the store and was told I needed a service call and they are not able to order parts w/o a serviceperson in my home.
